Korian -- Corporate governance

A corporate governance structure on line with best practices in France.

Korian is a limited liability corporation with an Executive Board and a Supervisory Board; The Supervisory Board operates a constant control on the management of the group by the Executive Board.

The Executive Board is currently made up of 4 members :

Rose-Marie Van Lerberghe, Chairman ;
Guillaume Lapp (International and corporate Director), member ;
François Mercereau (Director of the division), member.

Special Committees :

The Supervisory Board has established four special committees :

an audit committee ;
a compensation committee ;
an investment committee ;
an ethics and risks committee.
